The Role As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, delivering professional, friendly service and offering support on a wide range of banking products and services. Deliver exceptional service, ensuring every customer feels valued and supported. Recommend suitable banking products tailored to individual needs. Support customers with tasks such as opening accounts, processing withdrawals, and updating details. Complete transactions accurately while following compliance procedures. Work collaboratively with your team to ensure a positive, efficient branch environment. About You You're passionate about helping people and thrive in a busy, team-oriented setting. Essential: Previous experience in a customer-facing role. Minimum of 6 GCSEs (Grade C or above), including English and Maths. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and excellent time management. Desirable: Experience in banking or financial services is an advantage.
