As a Guest Services Representative, you’ll be the first friendly face our guests meet and the person who ensures their stay begins and ends seamlessly. What You’ll Do : Provide efficient check-in and check-out services in accordance with accounting procedures. Respond promptly and warmly to guest questions, concerns, and special requests—always keeping management informed of unusual situations. Maximize room revenue and occupancy levels through suggestive selling and yield management strategies. Review daily reservations, process special requests, and ensure timely delivery of guest amenities. Stay informed about current rates, packages, and promotions and communicate them effectively. Develop in-depth knowledge of guest rooms, in-house facilities, and local attractions. Maintain a cash bank, process transactions accurately, and complete all required reports and paperwork. Support Reception Managers, fellow guest service agents, reservations, and PBX operators to ensure smooth daily operations. Qualifications 1-2 years of customer service experience. Guest Services/Front Desk Agent experience is a plus. Developed English skills both written and orally. Lifting up to 30 pounds Requires standing to a significant degree.
