Job Description:
VANRATH is delighted to be partnering with a dynamic business to recruit a commercially astute Financial Controller for a 15-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. Working closely with the FD, this role offers the opportunity to engage in exciting commercial projects.

What you'll do:
* Supervise day-to-day accounting operations for a small, high-performing finance team
* Review monthly management accounts for multiple entities within the group
* Provide P&L variance analysis against budgets, acquisition models, and prior years
* Develop and manage annual budgets and financial forecasts, maintaining company cash flows
* Coordinate and prepare monthly reporting packs for investors and stakeholders
About you:
* Fully Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA)
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in finance or accounting, with at least 3 years in a senior financial management role
* Proven experience in management reporting, financial reporting, budgeting, and managing audits
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work closely with senior stakeholders
