We are a small but growing business seeking a part time Social Media Content Creator & Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will produce engaging Social Media content, run live streams, and participate in live sales to promote our range of gifts. We are looking for a creative individual who is self-driven and excited about using social media to drive sales and engage with our audience in real-time.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create engaging Social Media content that promotes our products and boosts brand visibility.
* Host live streams and live sales events to interact with customers and drive purchases.
* Develop creative sales strategies tailored to Social Media trends and our target audience.
* Stay updated on TikTok and social media trends to keep content fresh and relevant.
* Collaborate with the team to align content with overall marketing and sales goals.
* Manage our Social Media accounts, engaging with followers and building a loyal community.
* Analyse the performance of content and live streams using analytics tools, adjusting strategies to optimise sales and engagement.
* Create content for other social media platforms when needed to support broader campaigns.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a TikTok or social media content creator with a portfolio of successful content and live sales experience.
* Confidence in hosting live streams and live sales, with excellent audience engagement.
* Strong understanding of TikTok/Social Media trends and the ability to create sales-driven content.
* Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to convert views and followers into customers.
* Excellent communication skills, especially during live engagements.
* Self-motivated and able to manage projects independently in a fast-paced, small business environment.
