As the EAT Creative MultiMedia Manager, you show us what’s possible in a world of multimedia, helping us take our creative output to the next level through photography, video, editing, grading and sound. This role works closely across the department discovering what’s possible visually and how we can attract our customers in ways we haven’t thought of.
First and foremost is creating dynamic videos for our social channels, working closely with our producers and videographer in order to do this and reporting to the Creative Studio Lead for creative guidance and development.
You’ll be able to fulfil a secondary position and occasionally support with photography that ranges from internal headshots of staff to covering important events.
Innovation is key and you are what we describe as ‘hands-on’. Not only do you elevate our social channels through editing, you are learning to master sound design and you keep us all up to date on the possibility of AI and how we can integrate it into various functions of the department.
You are great at stakeholder management, always communicate clearly and follow through and, you give feedback on how to make videos and you’re always looking for ways to improve our output. Plus, with your key organisational skills, you’ll keep our workflow, storage and image file management in-hand, being the gatekeeper of this and making the lives of those inside and outside the department a visual dream.

* Maintaining Adobe DAM for Creative & Branding
* Organising, managing and overseeing storage of footage and images on DAM and the harddrive backups.
* Troubleshooting and supporting DAM and asset sharing
