You'll be managing up to 10 client accounts (depending on experience), focusing on building and retaining relationships, hosting regular meetings, upselling and cross-selling, and ensuring clients are happy with the service provided. There will be an element of new business sales and cold calling within this role; however, their sales approach is very consultative. So, candidates must be able to build rapport quickly – and get a buzz from outbound dialling.
