Duties:
7. Manage customer interactions with a polite and professional manner
8. Using Microsoft Office and internal systems for administrative tasks
9. Handle repair documentation and liaise with insurance companies regarding repair progress
10. Distribute paperwork to site drivers and ensure accurate filing for audit purposes
11. Update customers on vehicle repair status and estimated completion times
12. Support the Transport Manager and Office Administrator with relevant duties
13. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction to encourage loyalty and referrals
Candidate spec:
14. Proven experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive sector, ideally within a Bodyshop environment
15. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
16. Polite and clear communication skills, both verbal and written
17. Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and bodyshop systems
18. Ability to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment
19. A professional attitude and commitment to customer service excellence
20. Automotive industry experience is desirable but not essential
