This is a hands-on, operational position responsible for staff coordination, safety, quality, and performance KPIs.Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily organisation and workflow on the factory floor Ensure production targets and PPOH KPIs are consistently met Train, support, and develop staff in machine operation and departmental procedures Respond promptly to internal communication regarding customer requirements Maintain and enforce high standards of Health & Safety Take an active, practical role in production operations What We're Looking For
