A Health organisation requires a candidate who has a Head if Nursing and/or clinical services background from health to support the organisation for around 4 months in the South West of England. 9. Deep understanding of clinical governance and quality assurance
10. The ability to balance operational delivery with long-term vision
Key experience and qualifications required includes:
11. Registered General Nurse with active UK NMC registration
12. Significant post-registration clinical experience in a healthcare setting Demonstrable experience of leading, managing or supervising clinical teams
13. Experience of clinical governance, audit, risk management or quality improvement
14. Evidence of working across multidisciplinary teams and organisational boundaries
15. Experience contributing to or leading service improvement or change initiatives
16. Strong communication and organisational skills, with ability to manage competing priorities
17. Understanding of healthcare regulations, standards and patient safety requirements
18. Competent IT skills and ability to use digital systems
