About the role
The role will commence from February 2026 (or sooner if available) and qualified teacher status (QTS) is essential. We welcome applications from both experienced and early career teachers (ECTs). Requirements
To be considered for the role of As a Guaranteed Pay Scheme Teacher, part of our team, you will:
1. Have solid knowledge and understanding of the KS1 or KS2 curriculum.
2. Hold qualified teacher status in the UK (QTS)
3. Be able to provide 2 recent references to support your teaching employment
4. Be able to drive and has access to a car
5. Be able to provide full DBS clearance
6. Have the ability to deliver inspiring and engaging lessons
7. Have a passion for providing quality education
8. Have enthusiasm, dedication and resilience to demonstrate excellent classroom practice
9. Have the ability to provide a positive learning environment and effectively manage a classroom
