MCS Group are delighted to be partnering with an ambitious, high-growth SaaS scale-up to recruit a Enterprise Sales Executive for their commercial team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven, passionate sales professional to join a start-up environment with strong backing and a proven product. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business, leading full sales cycles, and shaping the commercial function with the potential for growth. Essential Skills & Criteria Proven track record in enterprise SaaS or technology sales. Experience with enterprise clients. Strong commercial awareness, with self-motivation and resilience in a start-up/scale-up environment. Experience in full sales cycle management, strategic outreach, and engaging senior stakeholders. Ability to interpret technical documentation or engineering/product information to support the sales process. Adaptable, results-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth, and ambiguous environment. Key Responsibilities Drive revenue growth through full-cycle enterprise sales, targeting new business and high-value clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers, including regulated sectors. Collaborate with founders and internal teams (marketing, customer success, product) to deliver sales targets. Manage and prioritise pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up on opportunities. Contribute to business development strategy, including securing expanding market presence. Support the evolution of the commercial function, including potential team build-out.
