Job Description
3. Assisting with financial reports and ensuring all financial data is accurate.
4. Providing support to the Accounting & Finance department in managing, processing, and troubleshooting various accounts and transactions.
5. Collating and entering data into databases, ensuring that records are complete and current.
6. Reviewing and adhering to department budgets.
7. Processing invoices and following up on payment.
8. Preparing monthly financial reports.
9. Reconciling any discrepancies or errors identified by conversing with employees and/or clients.
10. Performing other duties as needed to support the Accounting & Finance department.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Assistant should have:
11. A strong understanding of accounting and financial principles.
12. Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
13. Good organisational and time management skills.
14. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with financial software.
15. Proactive problem-solving abilities.
16. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
17. Ability to work well within a team.
