Job Description

Job Summary

* Manages all activities related to operations and development of company products & services. Facilitate daily operations between office, clients, and field workers.

General Accountabilities

* Provides input to the development of product strategy and research and development of new and emerging products & services.
* Establishes production and quality control standards.
* Develops budget and cost controls.
* Obtains data regarding types, quantities, specifications, and delivery dates of products ordered for clients and company.
* Provides guidance regarding personnel requirements, material needs, subcontract requirements, and facility and equipment needs.
* Ensures all established costs, quality, and delivery commitments are met.
* Coordinates activities with all other functions of the organization and suppliers to obtain optimum production and utilization of human resources, machines, and equipment.
* Performs administrative activities associated with the effective management of shop operations.
* Determines responsibilities of assigned organization and staff positions to accomplish business objectives.
* Trains and ensures all assigned employees are aware of and comply with company, government, and customer policies, procedures, and regulations.
* Manages large and small accounts & clients.
* Develops profitable and sustainable sales growth of all accounts.
* Develops plans and implements strategy for securing and maintaining accounts.
* Establishes and builds strong working relationships with business leaders and team members.
* Assists & manages day-to-day client communications and relationships.
* Selects and hires potential business personnel.
* Assists & manages overall customer satisfaction.
* Prepares sales proposals.

Job Qualifications

* Education: Bachelor's degree
* Experience: 5-7 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
