Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing various administrative tasks. This position requires proficiency in clerical and administrative functions, as well as strong communication skills to effectively interact with staff and clients.

Duties

* Manage daily office operations, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment.
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
* Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
* Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members.
* Organise and maintain physical and digital filing systems for easy access to information.
* Utilise Google Suite for document creation, collaboration, and communication.
* Support financial operations by using EOS flow for invoicing and bookkeeping tasks.
* Provide general clerical support, including typing correspondence and preparing reports.

Qualifications

* Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
* Solar experience also preferred but not essential.
* GCSE qualifications.
* A-Level or higher education preferred.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive) is essential.
* Familiarity with EOS flow or similar accounting software is advantageous.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with colleagues and clients.
* Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy in all tasks.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
