Job Overview
We’re looking for Care Assistants to support residents at Barrington Lodge Care Home in Bishop Auckland. The role involves assisting with personal care, facilitating activities, and ensuring residents receive compassionate, dignified support.
Key Responsibilities
* Support residents with personal care needs.
* Help residents take part in activities such as arts, crafts, sports, drama, and social events.
* Assist with mobility, feeding, and medication administration as directed.
* Document care activities and report incidents according to health and safety procedures.
Qualifications & Experience
* No formal qualifications required; we care more about your values and willingness to learn.
* Experience in caring for adults or children is advantageous but not mandatory.
* Must hold an Enhanced DBS check in relation to Children and Adults.
