AnexcitingopportunityhasarisenforaproactiveandexperiencedHR&RecruitmentManagertoleadthehumanresourcesfunctionandoverseethedaytodayofficeoperations.Akeyfocusofthisrolewillbebringingallrecruitmentinhouse,identifyingtalentgaps,headhuntingcandidates,buildingtalentpipelines,andleadingendtoendrecruitmentforalldepartments.Theidealcandidatewillbeconfidentintheirabilitytoattract,assess,andhirehigh-qualitycandidatesacrossallfunctions,fromoperationaltosenior-levelroles.Thisisadual-rolepositioncombiningstrategicHRmanagementwiththepracticalitiesofrunningabusyofficeenvironment.
KeyResponsibilities
HumanResources&Recruitment(PrimaryFocus)
1. Leadfull-cyclerecruitment:jobdescriptions,advertising,sourcing,interviewing,andselection.
2. Collaboratewithdepartmentheadstoforecasthiringneedsanddeveloprecruitmentstrategies.
3. ProactivelyheadhuntpassivecandidatesusingCVdatabases,andindustrynetworks.
4. Designandmanageonboardingandinductionprogrammes.
5. Enhanceemployerbrandingthroughrecruitmentmarketinginitiatives.
6. EnsureHRpoliciescomplywithUKemploymentlawandinternalprocedures.
7. Adviseondisciplinary,grievance,absence,andperformancemanagementmatters.
