We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and reliable Executive Assistant to support the London Operations Coordinator and senior management team in the day-to-day running of our firm. This is a key role that requires exceptional attention to detail, discretion when handling sensitive information, and the ability to take initiative in a fast-paced, professional environment.
For the right candidate, this position can be offered on a full-time or part-time basis.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct administrative and operational support to the London Operations Coordinator and managerial team.
Manage and process invoices, expenses, and general office payments.
Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth logistical coordination.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, both internal and external, including handling confidential matters with professionalism.
Anticipate the needs of the operations and management teams, acting as their right-hand person in ensuring smooth execution of all firm initiatives.
Assist with onboarding and supporting new team members.
Contribute to ongoing process improvements across office and administrative systems.
