We are seeking an Occupational Therapist Level 1 to join our team.
About The Role
This is an exciting time to join the Occupational Therapy Service in Lincolnshire Adult Care. You will work with health colleagues on projects around single‑handed care, review all documentation and develop strategies to reduce waiting lists.
Next On Our To Do List
* Establish 3 OT teams across the county aligned to the district council boundaries.
* Build a structure of working groups and projects to inform and drive change from the ground up.
* Develop peer groups and a training and education programme for the workforce.
About Our Team
Our locality teams comprise an OT Area Manager, an OT Lead Practitioner, Advanced Practitioners, Occupational Therapists and Community Care Officers. Team members undertake functional assessments (including moving and handling), provide equipment and recommend environmental adaptations. We use a strength‑based approach to support individuals to meet their outcomes and maximise independence.
About You
You must hold a professional Occupational Therapy qualification (Diploma or Degree), maintain HCPC registration and demonstrate a commitment to continuous professional development. You should be a team player, keen to learn from and contribute to colleagues, and able to work in a fast‑paced adult care setting.
