* Lead the day to day performance of a Truck and Trailer branch, balancing commercial results with operational excellence.
* Own branch revenue, contribution, and fleet utilisation, forecasting performance and driving sustainable growth.
* Build strong, long term customer relationships through handovers, reviews, and proactive service delivery.
* Ensure full compliance across health and safety, operator licensing, driver regulations, and internal audit standards.
* Act as the visible leader on site, setting standards, supporting your team, and representing Dawsongroup professionally.
