Title: Outbound Specialist (B2B) Location: Swindon - Hybrid

As an Outbound Specialist (B2B) at RMG Digital, you will oversee the execution of outbound campaigns, maintain email infrastructure, and manage lead databases. Additionally, you will be responsible for newsletter creation, collaborating with the business development team, and managing outreach strategies to refine marketing tactics.
Data Management and Lead Handling:
Build a list-building process combining multiple data sources to create high-intent prospect lists.
Maintain data accuracy and lead quality in Airtable, ensuring actionable and up-to-date databases.
Coordinate with the Business Development (BD) team to ensure leads are effectively worked and to gather feedback for continuous campaign improvement.
com or Zapier (to a high level) to manage and automate internal operations related to marketing and GTM strategies.
Design, build, and maintain automation workflows to streamline data management, lead handling, and campaign execution.
Ensure automations are optimised for efficiency and reliability, reducing manual tasks and improving overall campaign performance.
Develop compelling content, subject lines, and CTAs to maximise engagement and conversion rates.
Ensure the newsletter aligns with broader marketing strategies and maintains consistent brand messaging.
Conduct A/B testing and other optimisation techniques to improve outbound campaign performance.
Evaluate campaign performance and recommend optimisations to help achieve campaign KPIs such as positive replies, meetings booked, revenue generated, and client satisfaction.
AI and Data Scraping Proficiency:
Utilise platforms such as Clay for AI lead enrichment, data scraping, and campaign creation to maximise ROI.

Ability to take ownership of projects, proactively seek out information, and continuously learn new tools and strategies without extensive supervision.
Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign performance data and make informed decisions.
Quick learner of new technologies and software with the ability to stay updated on industry trends and adopt new tools rapidly.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and refine outreach strategies, identify new angles for campaigns, and align them with broader marketing goals.
Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot deliverability issues, automation challenges, and data inconsistencies.
Organisation & Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Open to feedback and able to adjust strategies based on campaign performance and evolving business needs.
Collaborative: Comfortable working with cross-functional teams, including business development, marketing, and operations.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing data, writing outreach messages, and creating reports.
Experience: 1-3 years of relevant work experience in Marketing, Sales, or GTM (Go-to-Market) strategies.
Cold Outreach Skills: Proven ability to write high-performing cold emails.
Experience in the Tech, SaaS, or software industry is preferred but not required.
