What You’ll Do
Being a Team Leader is more than just leading. It’s about stepping up. Your responsibilities include:
* Creating smooth shifts even during busy periods
* Training and accrediting new Baristas
* Driving success for yourself and your team
* Developing new recipes to energise your team
* Maintaining high standards, from excellent espressos to monthly coffee excellence scores
