About the Role We are looking for an innovative and dynamic Service Manager to lead Warwickshire’s approach to Early Support and Domestic Abuse services. This is a key leadership role where you will: Shape and develop inclusive services that are already recognised for their creativity and impact. Champion Warwickshire’s restorative and trauma-informed practice approach, ensuring services work with families to achieve sustainable change. About the Team Warwickshire Children’s Services is ambitious and forward-thinking. Our Early Support service works closely with schools, health, police, and voluntary organisations to provide joined-up support for families at the earliest opportunity. The portfolio includes: Early Support teams: Support a range of partner agencies to deliver community led and targeted arly Support and a community family support offer. The Integrated Domestic Abuse Service: offering specialist help and support to children and families impacted by domestic abuse. Different Futures : Supports birth parents who can no longer care for their child due to adoption or kinship care. The two-year programme (with optional aftercare) helps reduce risks, improve circumstances, and prepare parents to care for any future children. We believe in restorative and trauma informed approaches, innovation, and building strong relationships with families and communities. Key Requirements Relevant professional qualification (e.g., social work, education, early years, probation) or extensive experience in a child and family setting. Proven leadership experience in multi-agency children’s services, with a track record of delivering outcomes. Strong knowledge of Early Support/Early Help, safeguarding, and statutory frameworks, with the ability to embed restorative and trauma-informed practice. Ability to travel across Warwickshire to attend meetings and visit services (reasonable adjustments will be considered) For further information please see the Job Description and Person Specification.
