Our client is looking for an experienced Surveyor on a permanent basis. The role covers a variety of surveying tasks and no two days are the same! You will be working on a mixture of tasks from structural defects through to fire damage works.
You'll be joining a respected Housing Association in the North East, that values high-quality service delivery and invests in its people.

As Surveyor, you will be:
Working as part of a multi-disciplined team to deliver structural defect reports
Survey properties to identify defects
Carrying out post-inspections to ensure quality and compliance with contractual requirementsI'd love to speak to anyone who has:
Building Surveying qualification
Experience in building Pathology
Sound construction knowledge, including Health & Safety legislation and CDM regulationsThe Surveyor role is offering the following benefits:

Location & travel
This role is based in the tees valley area, however will be a roaming role, with the majority of your work being based across various sites. When not out on inspections you will be working from home writing reports.
