About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a Multi Skilled Operative to join our fantastic team at our site in Kent.
Reporting directly to the Site Manager, you will support the day-to-day operations of both mobile and fixed plant, alongside general site duties. You will work closely with the wider team to deliver the site plan, ensuring stock levels are maintained, production targets are met, and housekeeping is kept to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operating fixed and mobile plant on site
2. Operating the weighbridge
3. Working collaboratively with the team to provide customers with high-quality materials and on-time deliveries
4. Supporting the Supervisor in achieving daily and weekly production targets
5. Following all SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) policies and procedures
6. Ensuring plant operations meet all safety requirements
7. Completing Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality-related duties
8. Conducting plant inspections, reporting defects and supporting remedial actions
