The Copthorne Hotel Manchester is seeking an experienced F&B Assistant who can assist in delivering great service to our guests in the Bar and Restaurant area.

As a Food & Beverage Assistant your responsibilities will include:
* Service of food and beverages in the Bar and Restaurant areas
* Being knowledgeable about the menu and products available
* Dealing with all payment transactions
* Providing a warm welcome, dealing with queries effectively and ensuring that all aspects of service are appropriate and meet hotel standards
* Ensuring that the food and beverage areas as clean and tidy at all times
We are keen to hear from applicants with the following:
* Experience in a food & beverage position, ideally within a quality hotel/Restaurant
* Great customer service skills.
* The ability to work under pressure and maintain a professional approach.
* The ability to work as part of a team.
* Experience of Micros would be an advantage.
* Must be over 18, as this role involves serving alcohol in the Food & Beverage department.
* Flexible to cover a variety of shifts including early mornings, late nights and weekend shifts.
