Retail Elite Security Officers must be available to cover various shift patterns as well as be flexible in their approach to working locations and potential changes to working patterns.

Main Duties
* To protect customers and colleagues from physical and verbal abuse by providing a reassuring and professional security presence.
* To provide a highly visible security presence easily identified by both customers and colleagues while delivering an exceptional level of customer service.
* To proactively deter and prevent anti‑social behaviour, theft, and criminal activity.
* Liaising with store management, Police and other external agencies when required.
* Utilising conflict resolution to diffuse difficult situations that may arise within the workplace.
* Ensuring behaviours and situations endangering health, safety and wellbeing of colleagues, customers and fellow officers are identified and rectified timely in line with company policies.
What We Are Looking For
* Team player with an enthusiastic attitude.
* Can work on own initiative.
* Retail security experience.
* Flexible approach to work, able to collaborate with different teams.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Capable in the use of technology.
* Can identify conflict triggers and possess strong mediation skills.
* High ethical standards.
* Conflict resolution training.
* Frontline Door Supervision or Security Guarding Licence essential; CCTV Licence beneficial.
* Full UK Driving Licence beneficial.
* Ability to maximise the use of BWCCTV during confrontational situations.
