The opportunity:
As a Service Delivery Coordinator youll be joining a telecoms company responsible for next generation wireless infrastructure.
Youll work in a small team and closely with the Head of Delivery and Head of Programmes to support their key customers.
The primary function will be Ticketing & Incident Management- owning and managing all customer tickets via Jira and customer portals.
Then you will triage faults, ensuring correct categorisation, prioritisation, and allocation to internal teams or term contractors.
Its a fully remote role, with potential travel into London from time to time for team meetings throughout the year.
Day to day
In whats going to be a small team we are looking for someone who can be flexible to meet the flexile demands of the role.
But typically, your day will involve;
1. Own and manage all customer tickets via Jira and customer portals (VMO2, BT)
2. Triage faults, ensuring correct categorisation, prioritisation, and allocation to internal teams or term contractors
3. Act as the day-to-day point of contact for customers on all break/fix and service-related issues.
