Teaching Personnel is working with a small, welcoming Ofsted-rated “GOOD” primary school in Lancaster that is seeking a passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to support pupils with Autism, ADHD, and other Special Educational Needs, providing tailored learning and 1:1 support where needed. This part-time role starts in January 2026, with the potential to become full-time for the right candidate.
