Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and effective Science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
* Plan and assess in line with national curriculum standards
* Foster a love of learning and scientific enquiry in all students
* Support pupils of varying abilities, ensuring inclusive learning for all
* Work collaboratively with colleagues in the Science department and wider school
Ideal Candidate:
* Holds UK QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
* Strong subject knowledge in one or more Science specialisms
* Effective classroom management and a proactive teaching approach
* Positive, reflective, and committed to student progress
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
