About the Role
This position sits within the Client Success team, where the primary responsibility is to deliver a high-quality, consultative service to a portfolio of employer clients. You'll be the key point of contact, ensuring campaigns stay on track, expectations are managed, and recruitment targets are met.
Key Responsibilities
* Take ownership of a selection of client projects, managing all communication from planning through to completion
* Lead weekly updates, performance tracking, and feedback sessions with clients
* Handle candidate pipeline progress, address queries, and elevate any issues in a timely manner
Campaign Delivery & Performance
* Design and execute effective attraction strategies to meet hiring needs
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including reports, trackers, and campaign summaries
* Evaluate outcomes and share insights at the end of each campaign
* Coordinate with internal delivery teams to ensure adequate resourcing across all stages of the campaign
* Monitor delivery performance, ensuring high standards in candidate quality, speed of delivery, and achievement of hiring targets

* Comfortable working in fast-paced environments where priorities can shift quickly
