The Private Brands Marketplace team is seeking a customer-obsessed Business Development Associate to help drive growth for Private Brands at Amazon.in. You will work in a dynamic sales environment, identify and launch sellers of medium to large complexity, and manage negotiations with multi-functional stakeholders within seller organizations. Your responsibilities include devising launch plans, resolving execution blockers, and onboarding sellers. The ideal candidate has sales experience, can work independently, influence external parties, and is comfortable with technology systems and data analysis. Operating in a rapidly changing environment requires adaptability and the ability to handle ambiguity and execute repeatable processes.
Roles & Responsibilities
* Identify and acquire valuable sellers for Amazon
* Articulate key benefits, build communication channels at all seller levels, set expectations, provide status updates, and ensure successful launches
* Manage integration of seller portfolios and help them become self-reliant through training, focusing on brand development and exceeding sales goals
* Discover strategic business opportunities through cross-functional collaboration with category and sales teams
* Track and monitor performance and quality of brand launches
