Overview
The Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking to appoint a Trust Research Doctor based at North Devon District Hospital. This role offers an opportunity for a doctor to gain experience of clinical research across a breadth of commercial and non-commercial clinical trials and studies, including early to late phase trials, in a range of medical specialties within the supportive environment of a leading teaching and research hospital.

The post holder will work alongside experienced Chief and Principal Investigators (CI/PI) within a multidisciplinary team and contribute to the clinical operations of our units. The post holder will provide medical support for patients and healthy volunteers participating in the Trusts portfolio of clinical trials and studies.
The post would suit doctors looking for opportunities to engage in clinical research and is offered up to 0.2 fte. The post will be appointed at an ST3-ST6 dependent on experience. Flexible working arrangements are fully supported, there is no on-call commitment.
Working Pattern: 1 day a week, Monday-Friday
