Salary: £50,000 - 90,000 per year Requirements:
* Proven experience in solution architecture and design for IT asset management (HAM)
* Strong understanding of ServiceNow best practices and Common Service Data Model (CSDM)
* Experience in establishing governance frameworks and data integrity policies
* Proficient in designing complex integrations using REST/SOAP and APIs
* Technical expertise in configuring ServiceNow modules and asset management lifecycle
* Advanced scripting skills in JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, and Client Scripts
* Experience in overseeing ServiceNow upgrade lifecycles
* Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement and facilitation
* Ability to mentor and guide development teams in ITAM/ITIL best practices
* Collaborative mindset with experience working across cross-functional teams
Responsibilities:
* Architect end-to-end HAM solutions that align with best practices
* Establish and implement governance frameworks, including compliance standards
* Design and manage integrations between ServiceNow HAM, CMDB, and external tools
* Lead the technical configuration of various ServiceNow asset management modules
* Develop workflows to automate asset tasks using advanced scripting techniques
* Oversee the upgrade lifecycle of ServiceNow while ensuring compatibility
* Facilitate requirement-gathering workshops with stakeholders
* Mentor development teams through code reviews and technical guidance
* Collaborate with Procurement, IT Operations, and Finance to ensure data flow
