Service Advisor (Ipswich, Family-Run Dealership)

The Role As a Service Advisor, you will be the key link between our customers and our workshop. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
1. Greeting customers, handling enquiries, and booking in vehicles.
2. Liaising with the workshop team to ensure jobs are completed on time and to the highest standard.
3. Providing clear communication and updates to customers.
4. Preparing invoices and processing payments.
5. Delivering exceptional customer service at all times.
Hours
6. Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
7. Saturday mornings: on a rota basis
What We’re Looking For
8. Previous experience in a Service Advisor or customer-facing automotive role preferred (but training will be provided for the right candidate).
9. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
10. A proactive approach and the ability to work well within a team.
11. A passion for delivering high standards of customer service.
12. A positive and professional attitude.
