Operating within a complex and highly regulated environment, the programme is designed to strengthen the organisation's ability to secure critical supplier capacity and resources earlier in the project lifecycle, reducing delivery risk and improving programme certainty. This is a hands-on delivery role for someone who can rapidly establish and execute a practical change approach, driving stakeholder engagement, communications, benefits realisation, and business adoption. What You'll Be Doing Develop and deliver the programme change strategy and change delivery plan. Design and implement a benefits realisation framework, including KPIs and success measures. Conduct change impact assessments and business readiness activities. Develop and deliver the communications and engagement strategy.
