We're seeking dedicated Support Workers to join a small, consistent team providing 24/7 specialist care for a 17-year-old non-verbal young man with autism and behaviours that may challenge. This is a rewarding opportunity to support a vibrant and active individual who enjoys walking, swimming, baking, and cooking. You'll play a vital role in helping him thrive, stay safe, and engage in the activities he loves.
