Residential Legal Assistant

Responsibilities and Requirements
* Experience handling post-completion tasks, including HMLR (Her Majesty's Land Registry) registrations and responding to requisitions.
* Knowledge of preparing and submitting Stamp Duty Returns.
* Coordinating with estate agents, lenders, and borrowers to ensure smooth transactions.
* Requesting and managing redemption figures for mortgage settlements.
* Assisting in the preparation and organization of sale contract documentation.
* Supporting client communications by helping prepare contracts for signature.
* Submitting and managing relevant searches as part of the process.
* Assisting the Head of Department in maintaining and ensuring lender panel compliance.
* Strong attention to detail, excellent telephone communication, and high organizational skills required.
