Role Overview:
1. Work closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging activities for nursery-aged children.
2. Support children’s learning and development in line with EYFS standards.
3. Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment.
4. Provide one-to-one and small group support as needed.
Requirements:
5. Experience working with children in a nursery or primary setting is essential.
6. Relevant qualifications are desirable but not essential.
7. Strongmunication skills and a caring, patient approach.
8. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
