Your new role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Analyst to join on a temporary basis. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills and a background in procurement processes. You will play a key part in maintaining accurate spend data, supporting global projects, and ensuringpliance across supplier contracts.
1. Update and maintain the spend cube (Excel/macros), including addressable and non-addressable spend.
2. Validate category codes and reallocate where necessary
3. Perform spend analytics and integrate data from the contract database to identify:Contract roadmaps and uing expirationsSuppliers without contracts or missing entries in the database
4. Run system reports andpile monthly procurement reports and slide decks
5. Conduct invoice analysis and price list audits to ensure correct supplier charges
6. Support global outsourcing projects with data collation
7. Maintain and update SharePoint pages with process documents, FAQs, and SOPs
8. Monitor and manage the procurement inbox
9. Rationalise product and category codes in PTP and upload price lists/product codes
10. Assist with contract loading and new supplier approvals
11. Update and improve departmental templates
What you'll need to succeed
Advanced Excel skills (including macros) and strong Microsoft Office proficiency
Procurement analytical experience desirable
Familiarity with ERP or PTP systems advantageous
Highly organised, proactive self-starter
Previous procurement background preferred

Hybrid working available – Initially, though will be 4 or 5 days on site in Milton Keynes, after the first few weeks can revert to 3 days' office-based
