Role Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced social media manager to lead a number of channels. You must be passionate, bring confident energy and a proven track record of success. We think this role could be perfect for someone looking for an unconventional working set up, where they have the opportunity to work with large clients in a forward thinking and fast paced start up environment.
This is a full-time role at Glocelium, designed as four working days per week to reflect our strong commitment to work–life balance. We believe that meaningful, high-impact work doesn’t have to come at the cost of wellbeing — and this role is structured with that principle at its core.

Key Responsibilities
* Day-to-day leadership and delivery
* Stakeholder communications
* Account management
* Managing team workflows and deadlines
* Overseeing live issues and reactive needs
* Reporting to leadership
* Leading meetings, feedback loops, project updates
Essential Requirements
* 5+ years experience in a similar role
* Experience managing social channels with 100K + followers
* Strong communication skills
* Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
* Excellent IT skills
* Ability to use Photoshop to an adequate level
* Genuine interest in outdoor sports
* Values a strong work life balance
* Confident and bubbly
* Receptive to learning and growth
* Must be able to work outside SBH on evenings and weekends, which will be pre agreed with plenty of notice
* Working pattern: 4 days workload distributed across Mon-Fri
* Keen to contribute to see the business grow - your role is not limited to the above, we are a dynamic start up that requires flexibility and openness to new challenges
* Must be ok with office dogs
Desirable:
* Experience with google suite
* Understanding of outdoor sports
