Are you looking to join a growing care company in a role which helps colleagues deliver excellent person centred care?
ECL are looking to expand their Learning and Development Team with the addition of a part-time Administrator.
At ECL, we offer care and support to thousands of people to live safely and independently within their own homes and local communities in South East England. Our vision to transform lives, empowering independence through care excellence for all.
The Learning and Development Administrator is a key role in the support and organisation of the Learning and Development Team, including responding to queries and requests whilst building strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and external training providers.
The primary focus of the role is the scheduling of learning activities across the Learning and Development function and being the initial point of contact for any issues or needs raised. There are opportunities for you to design eLearning and contribute to the development of key processes as well as your own personal development within the Learning and Development function.
The Administrator is a hybrid role which will be located primarily at the Chelmsford Learning Centre, with some home working. Travel across Essex, West Sussex and future operations areas may also be required on occasion depending upon business need.
To be considered for the role of Learning and Development Administrator, you need:
* Have a passion for learning and development and supporting people to be confident and capable in their roles.
* Have a strong alignment to our ECL values: Caring, Excellence, Teamwork, Integrity and ECL’s mission and vision.
* Have experience of LMS systems in an administerial function, with previous experience with TOTARA systems being advantageous.
* Be skilled in using IT systems and packages including Microsoft, specifically Excel and Outlook.
* Have experience or ability of diary coordination and scheduling of a busy calendar.
* Have the ability to create eLearning with subject matter experts within the business, or have the willingness to learn.
* Have strong organisation skills with an attention to detail and ability to problem solve using initiative and creativity.
What we can offer you as a Learning and Development Administrator:
* Up to 32 days annual leave a year (inclusive of bank holidays)
* Fully paid induction and training with ongoing support
* Career development opportunities with access to paid for qualifications
