About the role:
My client is looking for a charismatic and hands-on General Manager to lead a vibrant all-day restaurant in the heart of Marylebone. Open from 8am to 6pm, the venue is known for its freshly made food, great coffee, and relaxed neighbourhood feel, blending a casual daytime atmosphere with genuine hospitality and quality service.
This is a full 360 role for someone who can take complete ownership of operations, from managing the floor and guest experience to overseeing financial performance, cost control, and team training. Youll be leading by example, ensuring smooth day-to-day service, a motivated team, and consistently memorable guest experiences.
About you:
Experienced General Manager or Assistant GM within a quality, high-volume all-day dining or café-style restaurant.
Strong leadership skills, confident delegator who motivates and empowers their team.
Excellent understanding of service standards, including barista operations, floor flow, and upselling techniques.
Solid grasp of P&L management, wage control, and overall business performance.
Naturally charismatic, confident, and guest-focused, with a genuine passion for hospitality.
Hands-on, approachable, and capable of maintaining high standards while keeping a positive, can-do attitude.
