ADMIN WORKER SHERWOOD ST CENTRE HOSTEL, MANSFIELD, PERMANENT, 18.5HRS, GRADE 1, £23,492, FTE We are seeking an organised and confident Administrative Worker to join our team in a busy homeless hostel. This part-time role is essential in supporting the smooth running of the service and ensuring residents receive the support they need. 18.5Hours Per Week Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 10am 2pm Wednesday 9:30am -4pm Salary £23,492 pro rata About the Role You will be the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and external professionals. Your responsibilities will include handling enquiries, maintaining accurate records, supporting staff with paperwork, and carrying out general administrative tasks that keep the hostel operating efficiently. Key Responsibilities Manage calls, emails, and front desk enquiries Maintain confidential resident records and update systems Provide general administrative support (filing, data entry, scanning) Assist with preparing forms, letters, and basic reports Support team operations, including supplies and rota admin where needed About You Strong administrative and organisational skills Friendly, professional communication style Confident using Microsoft Office Able to work independently and handle sensitive information Experience in social care or housing (desirable but not essential) What We Offer Supportive and welcoming team A meaningful role supporting vulnerable adults Training and development opportunities Why Join Us?
