A well-established utilities and infrastructure contractor is looking to recruit an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team in Sheffield.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on a long-term wastewater infrastructure framework, supporting the maintenance and improvement of a regional network.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing cost control and commercial performance across projects
* Preparing applications for payment and valuations
* Managing variations, change control, and contractual entitlements
* Supporting operational teams with commercial and contractual matters
* Producing financial reports and forecasts
* Managing subcontractor accounts
Requirements
* HNC or Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar
* Previous experience in a Quantity Surveyor role
* Experience within utilities, civils, or infrastructure preferred
* Strong commercial awareness and Excel skills xxuwjjq
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
