Pertemps are proud to be working solely on behalf of our client, a family-feel, well-run business based in Ivybridge, to recruit an Accounts Administrator. This is a temporary role initially, with the view to becoming permanent for the right person.

1. Salary: £27,000 – £29,000 (depending on experience)
2. Hours: 38.5 per week (flexible start times from 7:00am onwards)
3. Full-time or part-time options available

The role:
The Accounts Administrator will play a key part in keeping the finance function running smoothly. Working within an industrial environment, duties will include:
5. Managing Purchase Ledger & Sales Ledger
6. Completing bank reconciliations
7. Posting and coding invoices
8. Maintaining the nominal ledger
9. Confidently using Excel and accounting systems
The ideal candidate:
10. Previous accounts administration experience is essential
11. High level of accuracy and attention to detail
12. Confident user of Excel and finance systems
13. Ideally a driver, due to location not being easily accessible by public transport
