For the successful Machine Operator our client is offering;
1. Starting salary ranging between £30,363 - £34,606 DOE
2. Working on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern - 6am-6pm & 6pm-6am

The Role of the Machine Operator;
11. Working in a busy Manufacturing environment
12. Setting up of machinery
13. Minimising machine downtime
14. Making adjustments to settings on the machine where necessary
15. Carrying out basic machine maintenance where necessary and reporting issues to the Cell Leader
16. Ensuring machines are running efficiently
17. Use of the computer system within the machine
18. Completing paperwork to record production output and downtime
19. Carrying out pre checks to machinery
20. Addressing any potential issues to machinery
What our client is looking for in a Machine Operator;
21. Previous Machine Operating experience - ESSENTIAL
22. Able to demonstrate Technical skills towards Manufacturing / Machine Operation
23. Mechanical aptitude
24. FMCG experience- ESSENTIAL
25. Experience working on a modern / fast paced machinery
26. Have experience in machine set up / Basic machine maintenance - ESSENTIAL
27. Demonstrate stability within the work history
