This school offers a relaxed and inclusive atmosphere, providing exceptional support to pupils with Autism.
Key Responsibilities:
Support students on a 1:1 and small group basis
Assist with personal care when needed
Help with learning activities and maintaining a positive learning environment
Work closely with teaching staff to implement individual learning plans
Provide encouragement and emotional support to studentsWhat We're Looking For:
Experience working with children, ideally within a SEN setting (experience with Autism is highly desirable)
Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with students with special educational needs
Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with staff and pupils
A willingness to learn and grow in the role
