What We’re Looking For: •Experienced Professionals: Candidates with a strong history of working in supported living services or care homes. •Skilled in Personal Care: Ability to support adults of varying ages with daily activities, including leisure, cooking, and domestic duties. •Specialised Knowledge: Experience with hoists and slings for safe mobility assistance, and the capability to manage challenging behaviours. Role Responsibilities: • Provide compassionate personal care and support. Assist with day-to-day activities to enhance the quality of life for our service users. • Foster a safe and nurturing environment for adults with learning and physical disabilities.
