Salary: from £27,000 + £3,500 London Weighting & tax-free bonus | Location: Remote with travel across the London area | Role: Chef Trainer
What You'll Do
* Inspire and Teach: Use your kitchen expertise to train apprentices both in their kitchens and online.
* Hands-On Learning: Support apprentices at our award-winning Chef Academy and help them master a range of culinary techniques.
* Develop Future Talent: Engage with new apprentices to understand their goals and learning needs and guide their development.
* Functional Skills: Guide apprentices in the importance of English and maths in kitchen operations.
* Employer Collaboration: Build relationships with employers, providing feedback on apprentice progress.
* Plan and Organise: Manage your schedule from home, utilising Google Suite and internal systems for smooth administration.
About You
* A background as a Head Chef, Sous Chef, or Chef de Partie, or Kitchen Manager, with a passion for passing on your knowledge.
* Strong grasp of technology for virtual training and managing administrative tasks.
* Willingness to work towards Level 2 (GCSE) English and maths, with support provided.
* A valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle for regional travel.
