Equality and Inclusion
Under the Equality Act 2010, the definition of disability is if you have a physical or mental impairment that has a 'substantial' and 'long‑term' adverse effect on your ability to carry out normal day‑to‑day activities. Reasonable adjustments can be requested and made available should you be invited to interview if you have a disability. We ask anyone who wants to join our team to disclose any unspent criminal convictions and to state if they have the right to work in the UK and Ireland. We also ask whether they are confident in managing store operations, including stock control, cash handling, and maintaining store standards, and if they have experience driving store performance through KPIs, using sales data to improve results, and managing budgets.
